By placing an order on MiniTapri, you agree to the following:

1. All products are handmade/3D printed using biodegradable PLA.
2. Product color or finish may slightly vary due to lighting and photography effect depending on customers device.
3. Custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
4. Exchange is allowed only in case of:
   • Damage during shipping
   • Wrong product delivered
5. To claim an exchange, a clear unboxing video with original packaging is mandatory.
6. Orders are processed within 1–3 working days unless stated otherwise.
7. All content, images, and designs are property of MiniTapri and protected under copyright law.

• Free shipping on orders above ₹249 till 20 July 2025
• Orders below ₹249 will attract an additional shipping fee of ₹88

📦 Return & Exchange Policy

Since most of our products are customized, we do not offer returns. However, we allow exchanges only in the following conditions:

• Product received is broken/damaged
• Incorrect product received

To initiate exchange:

• Share clear unboxing video (starting before unpacking)
• Keep original packaging intact
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Note: No exchange will be accepted without proper proof or after the window period.
